“I don’t believe in fairies,”
said the giant
“Mosquitoes are bad enough;
can you imagine if they talked?”
he paused to fluff his beard
“And if they did exist,
I’d swat them, anyway
Them so small and me so big
maybe I already have
squished things all look alike”
